Rejuran range explained: Healer, HB Plus, i, S and the skin booster kit

A clinic buyer's walk-through of the Rejuran line — Healer, HB Plus, Rejuran i, Rejuran S and the c-PDRN skin booster kit — and how to compare Rejuran prices in India.

Rejuran started life as a single product and has grown into a family. A clinic that wants to "stock Rejuran" now has to decide between several boxes that look alike on a supplier list but differ in volume, formulation and what the manufacturer positions them for. This guide walks through each version we carry, explains how they differ on paper, and shows how to compare Rejuran prices in India without being misled by pack sizes.

This is a purchasing guide. Which product suits a patient, and how it is used, is a clinical decision for a qualified practitioner.

Who makes Rejuran

Rejuran comes from PharmaResearch, a South Korean biotech company. The brand is built around polynucleotides, usually written as PN — DNA-derived chains that set Rejuran apart from the hyaluronic acid boosters that dominated the category for years. Every version in the family carries the PN base; what changes is the concentration, the gel character, the syringe size and what else is added.

The Rejuran family at a glance

Product What is in the box How it is positioned
Rejuran Healer 2 × 2 ml prefilled syringes, PN 2% (20 mg/ml) The original full-face PN booster
Rejuran Healer (previous packaging) 2 × 2 ml syringes, PN 2%, black carton Same formulation, older carton design
Rejuran HB Plus 1 × 1 ml syringe, PN + HA with lidocaine PN combined with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine
Rejuran i 1 × 1 ml syringe, PN 1% Lower-viscosity version for thin-skin areas such as around the eyes
Rejuran S 1 × 1 ml syringe, PN 2% A thicker version for targeted, smaller areas
Rejuran Skin Booster Kit 6 vials: 3 × 2 ml c-PDRN + HA and 3 × 2 ml amino acid A vial-format kit pairing c-PDRN and HA with amino acids

The positioning column reflects how each product is described by the manufacturer and in the trade; it is not a treatment recommendation.

Rejuran Healer: the reference product

When patients say "Rejuran", they usually mean Healer. It is the original 2% PN formulation in two 2 ml syringes, and it is the version most Indian clinics stock first. Because each box contains 4 ml of product across two syringes, it is the most economical member of the family when measured per millilitre.

You may also see Healer in an older black carton. The formulation is the same; only the packaging design changed. We list the previous-packaging version separately so buyers know exactly which carton they will receive. Some clinics prefer to receive one carton style consistently, so ask if that matters to you. In either case, check that the batch and expiry on the outer box match the syringes inside.

Rejuran HB Plus: PN with hyaluronic acid

HB Plus adds non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and lidocaine to the PN base, in a single 1 ml syringe. The idea is to combine the PN character of Healer with the hydration profile associated with HA boosters, while lidocaine is included for comfort. For clinics, the main practical difference is the smaller fill: one 1 ml syringe versus two 2 ml syringes in Healer. Comparing by box price alone will make HB Plus look cheaper than it is per millilitre.

Rejuran i: the low-viscosity version

Rejuran i uses a lower PN concentration (1%) and a thinner gel, and the manufacturer positions it for areas where the skin is thin — the "i" is commonly associated with the eye area. It comes as a single 1 ml syringe. Clinics usually stock it as a specialist add-on to Healer rather than as a replacement.

Rejuran S: the thicker, targeted version

Rejuran S keeps the 2% PN concentration but in a more viscous gel and a 1 ml syringe, intended for small, targeted areas rather than the full face. It is widely associated with textural concerns in the trade. Like Rejuran i, it is generally a second or third Rejuran product on a clinic's shelf.

The Rejuran Skin Booster Kit

The skin booster kit is quite different in format from the syringes above. It contains six 2 ml vials: three of c-PDRN with hyaluronic acid and three of an amino-acid solution. Vial formats appeal to clinics running mesotherapy-style programmes and to practitioners who prefer to draw up product themselves. Because the active ingredient is listed as c-PDRN rather than PN, treat it as a related but separate product rather than a vial version of Healer.

How to compare Rejuran prices in India

Rejuran prices in India vary widely between suppliers, and much of the confusion comes from pack sizes. A few rules make comparisons fair:

  1. Compare per millilitre, not per box. Healer holds 4 ml; HB Plus, i and S hold 1 ml; the kit holds 12 ml across two kinds of vial.
  2. Compare like with like. Healer and HB Plus are different formulations, so a cheaper HB Plus box is not a cheaper Healer.
  3. Check the carton version. Previous-packaging stock is the same formulation but should be priced and described as what it is.
  4. Look at the tier. On Esthelix every Rejuran product has three live prices — 1–4 units, 5–9 units and 10+ units. Clinics that buy monthly often reach the 5–9 tier by combining versions.
  5. Ask about expiry. For a product you may hold for several months, the remaining shelf life matters as much as the price.

Building a sensible Rejuran order

Most clinics start with Healer as their core product and add one specialist version once demand is clear. A typical first order might be several boxes of Healer plus a small number of i or S syringes. Practices that already run vial-based mesotherapy may prefer to trial the skin booster kit. HB Plus tends to suit clinics whose patients specifically ask for an HA-plus-PN product.

Whatever the mix, put everything on one order list so the whole order can be checked together.

What to check before paying

  • Sealed cartons with intact seals.
  • Batch and expiry printed on the carton and on each syringe or vial, and matching.
  • Correct version: Healer, HB Plus, i, S or kit — the cartons are similar, so check the name.
  • Carton style if you have a preference between current and previous packaging.
  • Total cost including GST and delivery, confirmed before payment.
