Jalupro vs Profhilo vs Rejuran: choosing a skin booster for your clinic
How Jalupro's amino-acid boosters, Profhilo's hybrid HA and Rejuran's polynucleotides compare as stock decisions — formats, pack economics and building a booster menu.

Three names come up in almost every conversation about skin boosters in Indian clinics: Jalupro, Profhilo and Rejuran. They are often discussed as if they were interchangeable, but they are built on different ingredients, come in very different formats and suit different ways of running a practice. This guide compares them from a buyer's point of view — what each brand actually supplies, how the pack economics work, and how clinics tend to combine them on a menu.
Nothing here is clinical advice. Choosing a product for a particular patient, and deciding how to use it, is the treating practitioner's responsibility.
Three different ideas of a "booster"
The easiest way to keep the three apart is by their core ingredient.
- Jalupro (Professional Derma, Switzerland) combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids, and in some versions peptides.
- Profhilo (IBSA, Italy) is a hybrid of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid in one syringe.
- Rejuran (PharmaResearch, South Korea) is built on polynucleotides (PN), DNA-derived chains rather than HA.
Because the ingredient bases differ, a clinic does not really choose between them like three brands of the same thing. It chooses which ingredient families to offer.
What each brand supplies
Jalupro
Jalupro is the most varied family of the three. We stock four formats:
- Classic — a two-part kit with sodium hyaluronate ampoules and lyophilised amino-acid vials (two of each), combined before use.
- HMW — a higher-molecular-weight HA in a 1.5 ml syringe, packed with a 1 ml amino-acid vial.
- Young Eye — a 1 ml prefilled syringe positioned by the manufacturer for the peri-ocular area.
- Super Hydro — a 2.5 ml ready-to-use syringe adding peptides to the HA and amino-acid base.
Profhilo
Profhilo is the simplest of the three: one product, Profhilo H+L, a single 2 ml syringe containing 64 mg of HA, supplied with needles. It is positioned in its own "bio-remodelling" category rather than as a filler.
Rejuran
Rejuran sits between the two in range. Healer is the core product (two 2 ml syringes, PN 2%), with HB Plus (PN plus HA and lidocaine), Rejuran i (a lower-viscosity 1% PN), Rejuran S (a thicker 2% PN) and a vial-based skin booster kit with c-PDRN, HA and amino acids.

| Jalupro | Profhilo | Rejuran | |

| Origin | Switzerland | Italy | South Korea |
| Formats we stock | Mixing kits and prefilled syringes | One prefilled syringe | Prefilled syringes and a vial kit |

Pack economics: compare per millilitre
Headline box prices are a poor guide here because volumes differ so much. A Rejuran Healer box holds 4 ml across two syringes. Profhilo holds 2 ml. Jalupro Super Hydro holds 2.5 ml, Young Eye 1 ml, and Classic and HMW are kits whose volume is split between an HA component and an amino-acid component.
A practical approach is to build a short sheet with the product name, the volume per box, the number of syringes or vials, and the price at the tier you normally buy. Divide to get price per millilitre and price per syringe. You will often find that the cheapest-looking box is not the cheapest per unit of product, and vice versa.
On Esthelix every product carries three live INR prices — 1–4 units, 5–9 units and 10+ units — so you can see how the per-unit figure changes as your order grows. International buyers can ask for US-dollar export pricing.
Workflow matters as much as price
Ready-to-use syringes (Profhilo, Rejuran Healer, Jalupro Super Hydro and Young Eye) need the least preparation time and are simple to train staff on.
Two-component kits (Jalupro Classic and HMW) require the practitioner to combine the parts before use. Clinics used to this enjoy the flexibility; busy practices sometimes prefer prefilled formats.
Vial-based kits (the Rejuran skin booster kit) fit practices that already run mesotherapy-style sessions and are comfortable drawing up from vials.
If your team is small or your sessions are tightly scheduled, the preparation step can matter more than a small difference in price.
Building a booster menu
Very few clinics stock only one of these brands. Common patterns include:
- A single core plus a specialist. Profhilo or Rejuran Healer as the main booster, with a smaller-area product such as Jalupro Young Eye or Rejuran i on the side.
- One product per ingredient family. An HA product (Profhilo or Skinvive), a PN product (Rejuran Healer) and an amino-acid product (Jalupro). This gives the doctor a choice of ingredient base for each patient.
- A premium and a value tier. A recognised international brand alongside a Korean PDRN or HA booster such as Kiara Reju, Medisco Meso or Restylane Skinboosters Vital, so patients can choose by budget.
The right mix depends on your patient base and what they ask for by name. The clinical choice for any individual patient is always the doctor's.
Stocking tips
- Start narrow. Two or three SKUs across two ingredient families is enough to learn what moves.
- Watch expiry, not just price. Boosters held for months need a comfortable shelf life; ask before you pay.
- Combine to reach a tier. Mixing Jalupro, Profhilo and Rejuran in one order list can lift each line into a better price tier faster than ordering separately.
- Keep the batch record. Note the batch number of every box you receive.
International buyers
We ship internationally on request. For buyers in Europe, we supply only CE-marked fillers and boosters, so let us know your destination country before you finalise an order and we will confirm what can be sent.
