How we supply Switzerland

Swiss medical-device rules are set out in the Medical Devices Ordinance (MedDO), and the national authority is Swissmedic.
Since the EU and Switzerland stopped mutually recognising medical-device conformity assessments in 2021, Switzerland has required devices from foreign manufacturers to be supported by a Swiss authorised representative, and Swiss importers carry their own verification duties. The Swiss business that receives our goods must check, for each reference, that these requirements are met before resale.
