Shiro Advance Skin Whitening Injection is a glutathione IV skin-brightening set (Japan (as labelled)). Shiro Advance — the standard 10-session Shiro box.
Skin brightening, even tone and antioxidant support; used in clinic protocols to help reduce pigmentation, dullness, dark spots and sun-related tanning. Glutathione is the body's main intracellular antioxidant; raising its level supports detoxification of free radicals and, by shifting melanin synthesis towards the lighter pheomelanin pathway and inhibiting tyrosinase, helps reduce pigmentation and even out skin tone. Vitamin C regenerates oxidised glutathione and supports collagen formation. Onset: Visible change usually reported after 3–4 weekly sessions; varies by skin type and sun exposure. Duration: Maintained with monthly maintenance sessions and strict sun protection.

Composition: Per session (Pro Drip): lyophilised reduced glutathione 5000 mg vial plus ampoules of kojic acid 5500 mg, thioctic acid 1380 mg, natural collagen 600 mg, human placenta extract 950 mg, embryonic extract 250 mg, B-complex 650 mg, amino acids and vitamin C 1000 mg (as printed). Shiro boxes are 10 sessions; each session is 1 glutathione vial plus its ampoules. The usual clinic protocol is one session a week for the initial course, then one session every 2–4 weeks for maintenance, as decided by the treating doctor.
Is Shiro an IV or IM injection?+
